Senior Communications Consultant
We are looking for a passionate and driven senior communications consultant to be part of our growing team in Adelaide.
You will provide strategic counsel and media strategy to our high profile and reputed client base in sectors including real estate and property development, hospitality, arts and entertainment, government, not- for- profits, research and education.
We are a small, dynamic, highly skilled and diverse team and we are looking for an experienced team player to be a part of our growth story. You will also be responsible for growing the firm’s client base. To be successful you should have significant previous agency background, proven consulting experience, sound strategic thinking, demonstrable business acumen, underwritten by significant experience and expertise in the Adelaide communications sector.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- At least 6-8 years of experience in managing PR and communications campaigns in the local market;
- Local market knowledge and excellent media networks – or the ability to make those connections quickly;
- Ability to gauge news value and have a clear sense of the media pulse and requirements;
- Experience in independently consulting clients in a wide range of sectors;
- Impeccable communication skills in all mediums;
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;
- Well networked and able to help generate new opportunities for the firm;
- Ability to think strategically beyond the obvious; and
- Be proactive and result oriented, with the ability and maturity to effectively lead and manage a team.
